Joseph Joseph cutting pads make separate food processing in the kitchen a breeze

Joseph Joseph cutting pads make separate food processing in the kitchen a breeze

Admittedly, you have to have a penchant for bold colors if you want to use this product from Joseph Joseph in the kitchen. But the colored differentiation of cutting boards makes perfect sense, since even in the catering industry different foods are processed on separate bases. For the "Food Station" presented at "Ambiente 2010", the brothers Richard and Antony Joseph chose a color code that makes it child's play to assign the respective food: for fruit and vegetables they chose green, for meat the color red and for fish blue. The extremely thin 41x30 centimeter cutting mats, which also serve as trivets, can be attached to a glass plate if required, thus protecting the work surface.
